ahh...jelly leg now...pain pain...tml still nid do more leg stretching for S&W warm-up sianzzz
so today was the first day of fencing training, which explains y my leg is like jelly now...haha...
the training started at ard 6.15, though supposed start at 6...but think cos first session nvm bah haha...aft like most pple assembled...one of the senior led us to the track to do some warmup or PT...dunno is which lol...
had to run 2 rounds ard the track...tt was still kinda easy...thn aft tt the seniors brought us to one part of the track do some exercise...he split us up to several rows(or column...dunno which is which XD) thn had to like do knee jump all the way to a certain line thn back to the starting point...aft tt still nid use standing board jump method to jump all the way to the line...thn duck walk back...aft tt still got...but dunno how explain lol...cos its like when u walk there, its like 1leg kneeling...thn aft tt still got walk 1 step squat down thn walk another step, last round is to walk sideways thn also mus squat aft everi step...tts the part tt is most tiring for the day n wat made my legs go jelly lol cos still not used to it...
thn aft those exercise n warmup..we went back to the assembly area n got splitted up into 3 grps...i was in grp 2..thn aft some introduction of seniors n grp mate...did some footwork...thn played some games at the track also...tiring but fun day haha
ok...geting kinda slpy...gotta go slp soon if not tml i sure late for S&W de haha
